Meet Natalie, Our Centre Manager

Hi, I’m Natalie.

I’m the Centre Manager at Sage Chippendale and a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over 10 years’ experience. I’m passionate about building strong relationships and creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued, and loved.

As a mum to an 8 month old who attends Sage, I truly understand the trust families place in their educators each day. This shapes my caring, open, and family centred approach. I believe in play based learning, following each child’s interests, and supporting confidence and independence.

I’m also a Child Care Subsidy specialist and am always happy to support families with advice and guidance. I’d love to welcome you to Sage, meet with you, and help you experience the Sage difference.
